Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
